I don’t know what plan I have. I thought I had already cancelled my rolling plan and just had a pay as you go but just received an email that I am about to be charged the next month. I have gone to cancel all together as I have moved back overseas but can’t access my account. It is sending a 2-step verification to my number which I no longer have access to. I need to cancel my account completely

If it is a rolling plan just get your bank to cancel the card payment mandate
