Request for a new sim card

With all stores being closed my house bound father cannot get a new sim card. I've tried calling support who are of no use due to just hanging up re:covid 19. Everytime we reset his my02 app and follow the link in the email it gives an error.

How can I get my father a nano sim and keep his number right now. (soon).
