As you are PAYG, simply order a new SIM and migrate the number, @Jeanette2 https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/activating-your-sim tells you how, and a New PAYG card can be picked up in any O2 store or ordered here: https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go

SIM sent with Royal Mail, may take a day or three to get to you. Good luck!
