I did the usual top-up got the text saying I've added to my bundle... then got an instant another text saying unfortunately unable to roll over bundle. Then did the top up again and now have the £10 bundle but no idea where the other £10 is as it's left my account but not on my bundle. Any chance I could get that back or at least on as credit? It's gone somewhere in O2.

The first £10 renewed your bundle.

The roll over message is with regard to roll over data which only applies if you renew on your anniversary date.

The second top-up will be showing as credit on your account.

Also worth noting for the future that O2 will not refund PAYG top ups.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You will need to contact customer services on 4445 they open at 8am and they should be able to help.

Also check with your bank, as it may be a pending transaction, and might not be taken by o2.
