Is anyone else struggling with credit card top up? I have used 3 cards and all refused, whereas OK on other sites??? It's a new sim, but it has registered OK and I can call the top up number, but I can't top up on the phone, app or website?

I don't understand the ongoing payment options for a PAYG Sim? Say I buy the £5 credit but don't use any calls, text or data during the month, do I still have to pay another £5 for the next month, and so on....? Phil
