Reactivate sims

Hi,

I have 2 SIM cards in gps tracking devices that I need to reactivate due to not using them in a while. Both had credit in them. Is it possible to reactivate if I supply the phone numbers?

@tech12 It would depend on how long they'd been deactivated. If it's been longer than six months the numbers may have been reassigned. You would need to speak to customer service, which isn't easy at the moment.

You need to call customer service @tech12 

They may ask you to top up if it isn't too long since they became inactive

Credit is restored 24 hours later
