Prepaid balance

Hello.

I have been using a website to top-up my prepaid account. I do it with £10 payments. Works really well.

A couple of months ago, I noticed that, instead of a £10 balance, it was £9.85.

Why did 15p go? For what? How can I get it back to £10 increments again?

You will need to either ask the company you are using for the top up or ask customer services either or 4445 in the morning or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
