I am really angry with O2 that a phone I have paid for and got a renewal is locked it is my phone so what right or reason is it locked

There are various ways to ask us to unlock your device:

  • Fill out our device unlocking form (if we accept your request, we’ll email you within seven days with the details of how to unlock your device).
  • Go to My O2.

You’ll need to have your IMEI ready (see previous FAQ for more information on your IMEI).

I am still with O2 as I bought a new phone but I have 4 Foster kids and we give them the old phone I went with Sky as they offered unlimited mins and text and 1gig for £3 for year so have 4 sims but when l put the sim in it asked me for unlocked code
