Hello, yesterday i topped up my phone with £10 as i already had £5 in it from my 02 rewards so i changed my tarrif to a £15 big bundle and when i put it in, it took my £10 and used it for the £10 big bundle that i had previous, then instead of giving me the 6gb data from the £10 bundle, nothing was there, no data at all, and when i use my data it takes the rest of the £5 money away for 100mb per day limits which i did not want or buy, so the £10 bundle i have bought, has completely disappeared, anyone know what could’ve happened because i have proof of my oayment and tarrif changes

You will need to call customer service @Kai2 as something has gone wrong

They will rectify it for you

Try rebooting your phone
