Is it possible to move the renewal date a few days forwards so I can top up faster

To renew bundles earlier, you need to call O2 on 4445.

I’ve tried but I can’t remember my security question answer and customer service isn’t working I’m just trying to renew my bundle before the renewal date

You can reset your security question in your MyO2 under "Manage my details"
