Pay as you go account about to be locked out. Not topped up often.
Code sent to my phone to continue account, but i can't see anywhere to enter it.
I don't want my account to stop. What do i do?

Give customer services a call on 4445 about your account.

Just make a call or send a text and your account will stay active.
You need to do this at least once every 6 months.
