I've also recently ported to a payngo sim but discovered I don't receive 4G at home. I need 4G as a backup when working from home. Unfortunately my number is not showing in myo2 and even after adding £10 of credit and I text PAC to 65075, all I get is a reply saying there has been a problem processing your request, please try again later. I need to port back to previous provider ASAP. Please can you help me get a PAC code?
It sounds like you have both just ported into O2, if so, you cannot get a PAC to port out for 30 days from the port in date.
Hi @Cleoriff would you be able to help? I don’t seem to get more than 1/2 bars which isn’t helping. I’ve had multiple people who haven’t been able to get through so I need to port out ASAP Thanks! I’ve tried requesting from the online portal but it keeps giving me errors.
