Hi all,
Just looking for some advice. Recently I took out a new contract and stupidly used a pac code to transfer my number before returning my device under the cooling off period. Today I received an email as per the title stating I have to pay the full amount within 14 days. As the contract was only taken out 5 days, do you reckon I am still eligible for using the cool off period? Store weren’t able to help and not sure which department is best to talk to regarding this. Appreciate any help in what the best way to contact o2 about this. I just don’t want any defaults added to my credit report.
