I recently left O2 as I was not getting service and no one was sorting this out. I spoke to a man who said that the final payment will be taken with my last bill.

i have now received a Enforcement and termination notice. I cannot get on to the app and cannot make a payment online. How am I meant to make this final payment?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
