Hi, looking to leave o2 payg but have lost the sim so cannot use 65075 service.
Removed it from my o2 account a while back so no security on it (I still have a pay monthly) and balance was only a few quid but need the number as Ive had it for a very long time.
Any ideas as CC keep transferring me to the wrong Dept each time on an endless loop.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

You won't get a PAC unless you can pass the security questions and prove it's your number.
Report it lost and O2 will send you a new sim with the same number which you can register for a new MYO2 and then text for the code.
