@John155

Pay monthly starts at £10 too https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=P18M

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi  @John155

If you want a Pay & Monthly you will need to sign up to a 1,12 or 18 Month Plan; you can also keep the number of the Pay & Go.

If you want to do this, I would recommend calling into one of our stores, and they will help you move the number over to Pay Monthly.

A credit check will need to take place so you will need your direct debit details and bank card.

You can do this over the phone by using calling 4445 from your Pay & Go Sim which is a free call or calling 0344 809 0202 from a landline which is a standard rate call.

that doesn't help me from my account I select the 'plans' button and just get an error, my understanding Is I could get an unlimited text and calls for £10 per month but as usual its a scam will just dump the sim and loose the 10 paid waste of time

You just need to login to your MyO2 and change your tariff to the £10 big bundle http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I'm disabled and its not easy to use the phone, I prefer to be able to sort things via text or email its clear that it was a mistake to get involved with O2 I'll just chuck the card and write off the money
