yet again nothing to actually get in touch with a real person I'vre now wasted over 1 hour trying to get simple info but its not going to happen as I said before I'll loose the tenner and chuck the sim

yes but again its all phone numbers what happened to the days you could email customer servivces and actually get help

I'm disabled and its not easy to use the phone, I prefer to be able to sort things via text or email its clear that it was a mistake to get involved with O2 I'll just chuck the card and write off the money
