I ordered a new PAYG sim for my 2nd phone but when I installed the new sim got the message SIM 1 not provisioned. Don't know that sim phone number, and I'm unable to call o2 from this number.

Help. Thanks

Where did you buy the sim card from as it may have expired, if not direct from o2.

You need to use another phone and call 0344 809 0222 or if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) they should be able to help

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

PAYG sims need to be topped up to activate them.

Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

How to find your number methods here Guide: How do I find my own mobile number?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

yes, but I don't know this sim phone number to top-up and when I'm trying to call o2 4444 it says that the sim Is not registered on the network. so I'm kinda stuck. I've messaged o2 waiting for a reply if no ill have to pop in to shop to get a new sim.

If it came from O2 it usually comes in a blue pack with the phone number printed on the label

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
