Hi, I have a pay as you go rolling plan and currently have £25 in my balance. Does anyone know why O2 continue to take money from my bank account rather than the balance on my O2.Thanks for any help.

Can anyone help me to actually contact O2 via live chat? Their Contact Us section just takes me round in a loop and is driving me crazy. I'm abroad and can't make or receive calls or texts and so can't call their usual helpline.

I received a PayGo sim today offering 2 kinds of plan - a Big Bundle and a Rollin Plan. The Big Bundle is offering 60 GB instead of 20 for the first 3 months. But the Rolling Plan, does it also drip after 3 months?
