PAYG PAC code

I’ve never been given such a run around as I have been today by O2 and all for a PAC code. O2 online chat and telephone customer service have been absolutely appalling. I've been given so much conflicting information that I could write a book. Can someone from O2 please contact and help me get a PAC code and redeem a little bit of O2 reputation. Thank you

I can receive texts as I've checked but the free SMS to 65075 isn't working as it keeps coming up as message failed sending

Czy mogłabym się dowiedzieć jak udało się rozwiązać problem z kodem PAC z sim o2,bo mam taki sam problem- nie mogę wysyłać smsów a tym bardziej tego by uzyskać kod PAC.. 😞

Could I find out how I was able to solve the problem with the PAC code with sim o2, because I have the same problem - I cannot send text messages, especially to obtain the PAC code ..
