Hi,

I received a text from O2 (supposedly), number +447495012007...

"O2: We were unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees, please update your information via: [link removed for safety]

This is very odd as I am on PAYG and not due to buy another bundle till 20th of November. I've got unlimited free calls and texts with over 6gb of data left.

Is this text from O2 and if so what are they talking about? I'm not clicking on any link as it doesn't make any sense. I haven't tried to make any purchases and can't find a way to speak to anyone from O2. This site isn't very good as I go round and round in circles trying to find a way to get in touch with someone. It's like an eternal loop. I try to click on all the relevant articles and then when asked if it's helped I click no, they then say click on contact us and it just takes me to where I started. How does one speak to anybody on O2?

...and what happens after the 20th if Novemeber when my bundle runs out. Do I have to buy another straight away? What happens if I leave it a few days can people still call and text me even if I can't call out and text back?

O2 is very confusing!

Thanks for your help.
