Mu daughter's SIM is not working properly. How can I get it reactivated as i feel this is what it needs.

@Magpie221 To get through to any of the numbers in the link above you'll need patience. Choose any option, fraud or lost/stolen if necessary. If there is credit left on the sim they should be able to reactivate it, but it will also depend on how long it's been since the sim was used. If it's been longer than six months, the number could have been reallocated.
