I just recently got my number pac code to another sim but I can't get that to work. I want to go back to my old 02 sim. How do I get my old sim to work again?

A PAC is for switching networks.

To activate a new sim on O2 you need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update or call 4445 for customer services.
