Hello,

 

I am unable to use the 02 public wifi. It just says 'connected' but I am not because no web pages will load. Other people don't seem to have the same problem. I cannot forget the network (it's not presented as an option) and a reboot doesn't help. I am never directed to an 02 sign in page, it just says connected, but I'm not. My phone only has an issue with 02 wifi, it's fine everywhere else.  Any ideas!? It's really frusrating.

@DrWhat 

I'd call O2 and ask them to remove your MAC address.

This will refresh your connection the next time you connect to O2 wifi extra.

You may have a previous phone registered too which can sometimes mess things up.
