Hi I have 2 x 'Pay As you Go' phones on O2, an old iPhone 4s and a new Samsung Galaxy A51,

The iPhone has the number that I want to Keep, The Samsung is the phone that I want the number moving to.

on the 'Keep your mobile number' form there is a box 'What kind of phone do you have?*'

which phone do they mean?

the old phone or the new phone?

many thanks

@Robert_P

If you are moving a number O2 to O2 you either just swap sim cards or call customer service to migrate one number to the other.

There is no form that will work to do this.
