I am a litle bit disapointed with O2´s costumer service this morning.
Aparently you cannot have your money back when making an honest mistake.
To be fair, there is a way but you will loose your number or it will be disconeccted.
How is this even possible?
Isn´t the costumer service there to help you sort your queries?
Well, for me it´s just a reminder that you (human beeing) can´t afford to make any mistakes when using your apps for any purpose at all...as the costumer service won´t be able to help you.
I advise everyone to top up their phones in the store, at least, if they make a mistake for sure they will be able to sort it out or invert the outcomes.
Apologies for the honesty but this is simply unbelievable.

No. it was my own number but i´ve entered the wrong amount by mistake.
The "only" possible choice (to prevent the number beeing discconected) was to leave the money there.
Well, for me that doesn´t work on my behalf, as i have a 10 ponds big bundle.

It is...or certainly was. You can see many threads on here about £30 fraudulent top ups.

Hi @missg, sorry to hear about your top-up issue. I've just checked on my end and what the guys above said is correct Unfortunately once a top-up goes through it's not possible to get a refund on it, whether the number is your own of someone else's.
