Number transfer from a lost some to a new one.
I have tried to move my number from a old lost sim card to a new one. I rang customer services over 24h ago to transfer numbers to a different SIM. they said it would be done by now. I gave them my new SSN. And had it spoke back to me to make sure it was the correct one. I was told that my new SIM would loose signal when the transfer was successful. This still has not happened yet. Any ideas what I can do? I need the number off the lost sim asap. I can not log into my emails or work due to 2fa being linked to that number.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
