I brought my number to o2 now when I try to manage my account, security text is sent too my old number so I do not receive it told them several times but noting happens. So I can not get in to my account to manage my details

Hi
When you say your old number, do you mean the number that came with the SIM?
Did you register with My O2 prior to the transfer?
What happens if you try a reset using your e-mail?

Had a o2 number and brought my number to o2 from 3 network to keep, but keep getting text sent to old o2 number ( security text ) that dos'nt work reported and they are working on it. Then I can manage my deails.
