I haven't used my UK number;

for several months, and when trying to check balance / top-up I find that the number does not appear to be enabled.

I have had this Pay-as-you-go number for almost 20 years now and would dearly like to preserve it.

Could you please reinstate this number to my account in order that I can continue using it.

Best Regards,

Neil Campbell

@NeilKL The dedicated number to call O2 Pay & Go customer service from abroad is +44 7860 980 202 which is only free to call from your O2 mobile. As your number is not enabled you won't be able to do that. If you download Skype and put a little credit on you can call the number: Guide: A Guide to Skype

If you haven't used your O2 number for a while it may have already been reassigned, but you won't know unless you call.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
