I haven't been receiving any sort of text messages from October 2023. I have been failing to verify my O2 number at various incidents and have missed a number of important messages. Important verification sms for NHS, banks or shopping OTP numbers all of this. I have approached the O2 customer service several times during the last 2 months for the same purpose and the solutions they provided were absolutely of no use at all . My problem persists.
They said that they had refreshed and reset my network settings, did trouble shooting and I was advised to turn off , remove sim and activate after 15 minutes (tried thrice and still problem persists )
One said clear storage and cache. Change the messaging app. Still nothing worked.
One said swap , another said replacement. Nope nothing worked. I have replaced but still no luck.
The network status on My O2, from October 2023, shows the same message for not receiving texts "Looks like a nearby mast isn't working as it should, Sorry. Our engineers are on the case already and your service might come and go" These are the postcodes near me ME160PX, ME16 0NG, ME16 0WG,
I'm stuck for very long, Please help . Please make it work.

You need to contact O2.
