I'm having trouble logging in my 02 it's asking  my phone number to send code to  but code is not received

Just check you have not received an email. O2 are moving away from text messages, but I'm not sure how far they are along with that.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

You can try logging in :-

- online, using the MyO2 link at the yop of this webpage. 

- via the mobile app. If the app is not working, try deleting it, restarting your handset and reinstalling the app.

No amount of deleting will help if no code is being sent or received.
