Myo2 account says no products or services are in this account, yet I have had the phone number for 2 years? everything was okay until I had to make a virgin media and o2 combined account?

Nobody here can see into your account details, @Anonymous - you will have to contact O2, but use Social Media rather than the phone or web-chat - links for O2's Social Media channels used for support are in the middle of this Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - good luck!

I am sorry I can't help but I have had the same problem and O2 have not helped at all! My phone also can no longer make calls, texts or use mobile data. I have rang three times and they all say there is an issue with migration to their new system since the merge with Virgin and to wait 6-10 hours. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I went into my local O2 store and they said they can't help with Pay as You Go accounts. They did let me use their phone to contact O2 as obviously I could not make calls with my phone not working. Online I get caught in an endless loop. I bought a new SIM and number for now. I will be switching myself and my three teenage girls to a new provider this weekend which is a shame as I have been with O2 for years but this has now become a joke!
