My o2 app not working on iPhone 11 Pro Max

Something went wrong, it may take 48 hours, please can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

The My O2 app may be glitching on some devices @Mally_ranks 

It didn't work for me last night.

Turn the phone off and see if it works when turned back on. Or delete the app and reinstall.
