Hi,

I have ordered a monthly O2 SIM (which is awaiting delivery) and requested to port my existing number (xxxxxxxxxxx) to it, instead my current number has been cancelled and my phone is not working. Can you help resolve please?

Sounds obvious but I guess O2 have processed your port in so when your O2 sim arrives it will already have your old number on it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to speak to your current network provider which I believe is Vodafone, and see if there is anything they can do (good luck) as there is nothing o2 can do..

Also please remove your number from the public forum, you are opening yourself up to spam etc..
