Hi so I have paid £20 for the £30 rolling bundle and. It’s not registered but it has. Taken the money it’s saying I don’t have a plan

PAYG rolling plans will take the monthly charge from the payment card you registered when you set the plan up, @Rlane01
Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" and https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/rolling-plans should help to explain this - any top-up applied will remain on the account to be used for any out-of-tariff charges. That is how rolling plans differ from the PAYG Big Bundles:
