I lost my phone a few days ago, i've got a new one and a new O2 sim card but if possible I'd really like to have a replacement sim with the same number and tariff as I have on my previous one

I've been a loyal O2 customer for years and I'll be upset if I have to change to a new tariff since the £15 bundle I have on the previous one works out perfectly for my budget and my needs

The issue is, the closest I could find to solving this issue meant I needed a crime reference number or the name of an officer, but I reported it on the Report My Loss service for my area and haven't been in contact with the police directly

Thank you very much!

@Berenice

Just report it to O2 and they will send a replacement sim Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Berenice You need to report the loss to O2. They will send you a replacement sim with your number: Lost or Stolen O2 Device

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
