Can i order a replacement sim as a PAYG customer?

Ive lost my sim but the phone number is linked to my O2 account and ema.  I am wondering if it is possible to order a replacement sim as a PAYG customer? Thanks

@Miffy You need to report the sim as lost. Once you do that a new sim will be sent to you: Lost or Stolen O2 Device

May i know how to report that? I logged into my o2 account and it keeps redirecting me to other pages
