Hello,
I´ve lost my device a few days ago. I´ve been trying to contact to O2 to report it and get a new SIM as is descibed in the "Lost or Stolen O2 Device? How to Report it" topic but after been waiting hours at the "Pay As You Go customer " telephone number with no answer, I wasn´t be able to report or ask for a replacement SIM.
I went to a O2 storage and they told me that my tephone number is not registered.
What should I do to get a replacement SIM??

You need to keep trying o2... If the number was not registered with o2 via myo2 you will have to verify other ways.
The best time to call is 8am when they open.
