It seems that O2 no longer offers a direct, standalone "porting form" on their website for online number porting requests.

Despite extensive searching, I haven't been able to find the form to complete this process. All of the help pages I’ve come across are outdated, and the links provided seem to be broken.

Can someone please help by posting the correct, working link to the actual porting form?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
