Hi,
I'm on O2 UK pay as you go monthly. I can't call 0300 numbers to the UK from abroad in Germany. Keeps saying number doesn't exist which can't be true as it's the Home Office I'm trying to call...
I've tried adding +44
Anyone got any ideas? It's kinda urgent...

Sorry @Emeliajg1 . I misread your post. I blame my age.
Try the number leaving off the first 0 (from the 0300)

The STD number for Germany is +49 (not +44 which is UK)
If you still can't get through you may have a spend cap on your account

Thanks - I'm in Germany trying to call the UK so I believe it's +44 ....
Thanks for info on the spend cap... perhaps this is it
Cheers,
