My money has been took out of my account but I still haven’t had an email to say anything about my order

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

My problem is they money has been took but I’ve had no email to say it’s on its way I selected next day delivery but worries it won’t be here

Most likely out of stock (based on experience) and you won't hear anything until it leaves O2 and you get your dispatch email with tracking details http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs

I ordered 2 phones one I got the confirmation email and the other I didn't I'm down £120 and wondering where it's gone? Still yet to receive one of the phones

My problem is I’ve ordered 2 phones off sepereate emails one has come and the other phone isn’t saying anything about it’s getting delivered they have the phones in stock because one got delivered today
