I just got charged for an ultimateone bolt on but it didnt get added

Ive been buying a lot of one off ultimateone boltons recently I've been spending a LOT of money on pay ass you go I just went to buy another bolt on but this one didn't get added although the £12 was taken from my credit

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
