Hi,
I pay £10 every 6 months. I am abroad and with that I can receive sms messages only.
Two months ago, I asked Customer Services when I needed to top up, I was told on June 25. This morning, I found out that I was barred from making calls even to O2 lines.
I have managed to top up using the website but I am still barred from making calls.
Two questions, please:
1) Is there a way to find out the exact date I need to top up, i.e. every 6 months?
2) How can I solve the "Outside calls are barred"?

You need to make a note in your diary to set your top up date.

1) I can make a note of the date but I am trying to understand how the 6-month period works with O2. I topped up on June 2nd. Say I top up £20 again on July 1st to cover some phone call charges I intend to make. Will the 6-month period start on July 1st?
2) Is there a web chat link? There used to be one but I couldn't find it.
