I have to call nhs direct for my son he's 3 years old and they won't allow me to call the free number. I have a Bolton but it has expired and I can't top up until the 22nd. Can anyone help with advice

@Leebirchall Have you tried calling from a landline? They won’t give you any free minutes unless you have some left in your allowance

NHS 111 is a free call but you can also access the service online
Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone7 (EE)
