FREE10 NOT WORKING - AND 3XDATA

Hi,

Just bought and topped up for a PAYG 10 quid bundle.

I've read previous problems buy don't understand...

FREE10 says I'm not applicable.
And 18gb has not been applied, only 6.

Please help ASAP.

If you don't get the free credit in a couple of days, call 4445 and O2 will credit you.

Your extra data is added as a bolt on.

It is activated automatically when you have used the basic data amount.

@Aaron_ Hi, the extra data is used BEFORE your standard data allowance, if you are getting the bonus data then it will be used first and your standard allowance will remain the same until you have used the extra data.

You can check this in MYO2.

As said if you don't get a text to say you are getting the bonus data contact customer services to get it activated. 

NB: You will use your standard data allowance until your free bonus data offer is activated.

It's been a week and still no credit. Got no luck with o2 customer service. Can I get it by doing nc anything else

To claim, activate a new qualifying SIM and then text FREE10 to 21500 within 28 days of ordering your SIM. Text must be sent from and Free Credit will only be paid to, the mobile phone number on the new qualifying sim.
