Top up successfull but not showing in balance

I topped up and recieved a text to say it was successful, but my balance still states zero. My tarriff is o2 Unlimited. Does anyone know what the problem may be. This has never happened before.Thanks for any advice or ideas.

I am visiting lots of old familiar places again now but notice when inside pubs, restaurants etc I rarely seem to get a 4G signal only H+ or E. I'm sure my Samsung phone was able to get a 4G signal in the past.

I have a dual sim oneplus nord 5g. Sim 1 has the Three network and Sim 2 has O2. The phone automatically recognises the Three sim with 2,3,4 and 5g. However, with the O2 sim, the phone only recognises 2,3 and 4g. Do I need a 5g O2 sim?

I seem to be going round in circles trying to find out how to get a record of calls received.I need to know what calls I've had in the last 2 weeks.The call log was cleared on my iPhone.Is there any way of finding out? Thanks.
