No idea at all and doubt anyone will.
It's even unlikely to ever happen as O2 want to run down PAYG.
You can now get an esim on giffgaff which is where it appears that O2 are pushing all their PAYG contract to.

There is another option if you want to be on o2 directly @Luke35
Have a look at esim.net who do o2 esims, on a 30day contract period and its all done by debit or credit card, so similiar to a rolling plan from o2..
