Double data hasn't been added

I recently joined O2 on the double data for 3 months offer.  I have received a text saying that I have got double data but this hasn't been added to my allowance.  I have checked my account online and this isn't showing.

Please can you help?

It is usually added when your first lot of data is close to running out Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?
