Hello, I was on the pas as you go bundle, 10 pounds per month which expired, I topped up my account however, the amount wasn’t deducted immediately as it is usually done and I have been trying to figure out how to make it work but nothing seems to be working and in a bid to make things work, I mistakenly clicked on the 15 pounds big bundle. I would like to go back to my former 10 pounds per month pay as you go plan and for the automatic deduction.

You will need to call Customer Services on 4445 or 0344 809 0202 and they should be able to help.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
