Checking balance

For some reason i can't text 20202 for my balance it keeps say request not recognised why is this pls help thanks

Hi @Haribo09 Other methods of checking balance shown here 

To check your Pay As You Go balance:

• Press Hotkey 2 on your mobile phone
• Key *#10# then press the call button
• Dial 4444 for free from your mobile

 Sometimes texting 20202 is known to stop working occasionally. so try the methods shown above

Ok thanks i tried the *#10# that won't work either its strange cause before that all ways worked doing 20202 and *#10# its just annoying calling 4444

And pressing 2 just brings up how much money i have not my bundle balance

@Haribo09  Just dial 4444. then press 2 in the options and 2 again....Its a free call...

More likely to be a system glitch with O2 @Haribo09

When I was on PAYG I originally had my account set to remind me of my balance every time I used the phone. Then it got annoying, so I just switched to the 4444 option...(I  found that suited me better).

You will probably find the 20202 option is functioning later

Oh dear!. Sorry to hear that @Haribo09. Out of interest what phone do you have? (Not that it makes any difference as the ways to check your balance have all been given above) though I'm interested to hear why the phone doesn't work generally?
